For those Paladins who fancy themselves as main healers (like I do), this is a great step up from the Libram of Divinity. Unlike that relic, this one is relatively easy to get, as it's a guaranteed quest reward at the end of the Nesingwary hunting quests in Nagrand.

Anyone know if the coefficient (arounf 43% for FoL I think) affect the +heal on this libram?
The healing coefficient for 1.5-second cast spells is ignored.
This will tack 79 health onto every single Flash of Light you cast. The 'up to' verbiage is just to keep it consistent with the wording on every other piece of equipment.
to get this quest do i need to do all the mastery ones? im lvl 70 pally and just seen that libram on a friend and want it really bad >.< lol
Also dont forget to shave, bathe so mobs wont run from you.
Honestly, I have to wonder what it is you were farming...
