Only problem with this is the MP5 sucks, only 2 MP5 and that is a socket bonus, comapred to the amsk of penitance that has 10mp5, hmmmmmm

well actually mp5 is nice but for paladins spell crit is HUGE because of the mana we get back from crits. Plus if you add the head enchant from the quartermaster in thrallmar you can add 35 healing AND 7 more mp5 making it like 110 healing 9 mp5 and 28 spell crit in addition to the bonus you get from the meta socket (if socketed correctly) which makes this an AWESOME helmet
yeah for anyone who hasn't heard, insightful earthstorm diamond works out to anywhere from 15-22mp5 when spamming FoL. Depending on your lag issues, but it procs basically once a minute for 300 mana.
