Nearly a complete waste in pvp, that 5 spell haste is 0.33% so unless you stack your entire pvp gear with them you might get 2-3% faster casting. And for pve, to max dps you wouldnt want stamina. I would recommend for pvp that you went spell dmg or resilience + stamina.
