Around 54,45 is by far the place to be, lots and lots of em!
You can find the Clefthoof's starting from 61:44 and following the road West to 57:48 all up and down the road on both sides. The Clefthoof's are easy to kill and great xp but it can get testing at times fighting with other players that are on the same quest... Good luck
Could soembody post a good area for people that don't have co-ords?
i found some of all of the quests they offer actually right next to them once u run out of clefhoof you can kill windrocs and talbut untill they spawn very easy 3 quests if u have patience to just kill for awhile

Do all 3 of the mastery quests at once so you can just run through the area killing whichever ones you see. I always tried to kill the clefthoofs first when I saw them because it seemed like there were less of them in the area.
These quests end up bringing in a ton of XP when you're done because of all the kills you have to rack up. Then, you add in the bonus XP for completing the quest and there's the potential to get about 40K XP (with rested XP) for this quest. This post is faded because it has a negative score.
70.46 are dead on coords!
I was able to complete the first round of the Mastery quests there: Clefthoof/Windroc/Talbuk. By the time you clear everything out, they've all respawned again. Windrocs were the least plentiful, and when the other two quests were complete, I ran to 68.40 (across from the Safari) and grabbed the last few. I hope that this helps, and thanks again for those coords!

If you just go directly south of the quest giver a little ways you will find a good number of them.
