    I started this quest from the npc at Thunder Bluff not the guy in Barrens (which the guide says).

    Location of this nps/quest giver
    Zangen Stonehoof -55,51- Thunder Bluff on the way to hunters rise; near a bridge standing next to a fire in the center.
