I see ur point but remeber in PvE shammyes need to heal aswell....so think its pretty good done of blizz

dont be stupid ive got no problem beating dps vs rogues warriors sometimes mages depending on spec and nearly always hunters and locks, if your one of those people who whines about the existence of feral druids  and ret paladins maybe you should go do something else with your time

this set is good for all types of shaman,the stormstrike effect is alsome for enhancement,and the +spell dmg is pretty good for element/resto shaman

Agreed with the comment that this set is shitty. In PVE if ur wearing the harness ur there cos they want ur Melee DPS. But this is terrible compared to single pieces of epics even blues. The + dmge and healing is worthless. As said it takes up spots which could be better filled with crit, ap or chance to hit. This set as no chance to hit and as a duel wielding enhancement shaman u need this especially PvE cos u r fighting mobs higher than 70 ie bosses and need that extra hit from items. Even using the hunter gear outta KZ with no str but ap, agi, stam and int u will be far better off. It would be much better to either 1. Pass the drops to rogues or pallys who would benefit more 2. Pass to Resto or Elemental shamans or 3. Get the Raiment because it would benefit u more if ur gonna heal than this trash.

      I personally like the look of tier 4 better than tier 5 BUT im an enhance shammy so i might need to either change spec or live with the crappy look of tier 5. Also where does the chestguard of the fallen champion drop, it doesnt say here and i would like a specific answer of the certain raid and person it drops from. Plz and thx

Its superior to tier 4, just use it until you can get the nonset hunterish loot from Karazhan.

This set is disapointing for a true enhance shaman, they are meant to fill a DPS spot, not a hybrid spot, as noted above, instead of having a half ass healer and a half ass DPS'er, you could have a very good DPS. Pure specs are much more useful than hybrids 90% of the time, so an enhance shaman would probably be better off getting the non-set melee epics and blues, which are much better than this set sadly.

Upcoming patch they are removing the spelldamage.

Mp5


in its place.
However mp5 takes up a huge number of item stat values which could be used for better things imo...

if you solo alot this doesnt look bad the way it is but id rather it be pure enhancment gear for everything else

to all the nay-sayers of this armor set... you are all abunch of sophomoric noobies. think back, fundamentally to why you play shaman. not because u want to be a badass caster or to be a badass meele toon. No. you play shaman because you have the versatility to do both. you do not waste a raid slot by being versitile as a shaman. the only way to waste a raid slot as a shaman is to be un-versatile. (giving credit to where credit is due to elemental shaman) if you spec totally for elemental.. you limit yourself to casting and waste a raid spot where you could have a mage... the same goes for totally enhance shammys.. this is the best armor set for the tier.. hands down

Is there anyway for an Enhancement Shaman to reduce aggro in raids other then using the totem that reduces aggro by 20%?  Something instant like a Priest's fade?

for the idiot that says you are wasting a raid spot by specing either enhance or ele then please /wrist now. I'm speced enhance and my friend speced ele and 9 out of 10 times on a 25 man raid we are in the top 3 on the dps meters.

I was wondering where you get the drops to turn them in at shat. Ive been looking all over the place and no where does it say which instance you pick up the items needed to trade to get the set. Can anyone help me out?
