Damn! Every warlock needs at least 2 pieces of this set... that bonus will make locks absolute weapons in PVP! Affliction locks FTW!

ok. let me tell you WHY locks get stam based items without typing a huge script. it'll be blunt and short.
First off: Life tap. costs us HP, so stick it. Secondly: Soulshatter. again. costs us HP, regardless of the amount. Thirdly: Health funnel. keeps our pet going in PVE and even PVP. if by 70 you don't know how these things would be useful to a raiding or PVP warlock, then plz go back to everquest or w/e it is you came from. those 3 reasons make warlocks NEED stamina more then every other class.

sure, it's overpowered...and thanks to everyone complaining it'll probably be nerfed. and THANK YOU whoever said locks NEED stamina more than any other class, they do!!! if you have a succubus, or imp, or even a felguard for soloing you need a LOT of stamina to keep them going, also you need it for lifetap (i use sometimes 3 or 4 a fight!) But I'm really happy with this set, blizz knows exactly what a lock needs and tailors every piece to their needs. there's also loads of +dmg on this baby, and the healing 35 health every DoT hit = unbelievable. This set is also capable in PVP with the DoT healing. Afflic locks gain even more from the healing, too. Yes, it's true, blizz had made locks the most capable class in any situation with sets like this. ROLL A LOCK IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!!!! :D
It's been 'nerfed' on the ptr, so that instead of 35 healing, it's 70, and instead of UA Corr CoA and Immo proccing it, it's only Corr and Immo. This looks like a nerf, but actually results in the same overall HPS for a UA lock (halved the amount it procs, doubled the amount it procs for) but is a buff for any spec that does not include UA.

ok... stats pwn any other set on any class that ive seen so far...
what most ppl dont relize is the stat of FEAR (no, not the spell) if u see some guy coming at u w/ big fuking bat wings w/ horns... even if u have 2 other ppl w/ u that have blues and 1 or two epics you have 2 choices 1. stay, get pwned 2. run.. look like an idiot... but live most ppl are saying... (o well it has this much hp this much int.. bla bla bla) if u know what the latest tier set looks like and some guy is coming to kill u w/ it... it should be just common sence to RUNNNNNNNNNN!!! many ppl underestimate the stat of fear

Ok i played with this set on the PTR and honestly it isnt a godsend for PvP...by the time u have enough DoTs going to make a significant difference the enemies would be done killing the healers and would be attacking u...and the 400 every 10 secs wont let u last much longer than u already have...and with mages and druids dispelling ur curses u wont heal much...in mass pvp u might be able to get off some UA (silence dispellers) but u wont get too many off, anyway u would do more damage using corruption/agony(instants)...this is RAID T6...raids are PvE...that is what tier sets are made for...if u wanna PvP get some Glad gear and own.

Simpy put, most if not all end game raiding locks take 4/5 of this set. It is excellent in nearly every asset, too bad most of you will never see it. The end.

the malefic set is red. the other pieces that you see that are different colors are those that drop from hyjal and bt that are made to look like this set, but are by a different name and are not considered part of the malefic set.
You know I'm sick of idiots saying "oh most people in here will never see it" will my guild just started MH and BT 3 weeks ago and so far we've cleared MH and 6/9 in BT..its not that hard and ppl saying that crap probably were in guilds that took months to clear these places coz they're raiding with idiots..its not hard..its easy if u put ur mind to it and keep trying..any1 can see this set and able to get it...and for ppl saying that others will never see it...stop your crying..ur probably one of the ppl that doesn't know what a raid is if it smacked u on the head.

gnome warlock's make me want to not be a warlock. it just ruins the look of the set, all these sets look best on blood elves, undead and humans... not gnomes.
the only thing gnomes are good for, is a replacement football for taurens.

to mabbyboi... im a 0/21/40 cookie cutter destro shadowbolt spam lock, and for tanks we have a afflic lock for bloodpact and such, im always top 5 in dps and damage done, and hes below shadowpriests, at a certain point, like past kara affliction is less of a raiding spec and more of a pvp spec (ua rocks with a spriest in 3s btw)
Actualy Afflic is a raiding spec, to the point that every 25 man should have one for imp/malediction/5% reduced damage. Beyond utility, the spec is total crap for high end raiding, and really at the point of sunwell some guilds stop running even one afflic lock because the dps loss isnt offset enough by the gain in utility.
how do i actualy get the gear? do i talk to Indormi and trade him the forgotten conquer's gear?
