I had these drop off of a Fallout Medic or Fallout Warrior (they were pretty clumped together and I just shift click, so I couldn't tell) about 20 minutes ago. Still haven't gotten what I'm actually farming for (Mechbuilders) but I've gotten the sword and these and neither of them dropped off of where Thott says, so take it with a grain of salt.
