Yes were about to ask the same thing, thinking about 3x royal nightseyes or 3x18 healing..

put in +18 heal, 9 heal 2 mana every 5 seconds, 8 Spell crit and you have a beautiful chestpiece my friends.

Much better than breastplate of the lightbinder off illhoof.
