Of course twinking to the max takes time, and as you said money, not everyone buys gold so there is skill and time put into acquiring the bop items needed to twink, the mats used for the enchants or the gold used to buy them, some of that uber gear you speak of are actually pvp rewards. so those lowbies in their greens can always upgrade once they have pvp'd for a bit.  Or they can learn some wow-economy and farm a little cash and buy the higher end gear themselves. A true twink is also going to sacrifice leveling past that bracket after spending time acquiring said equipment.  So really just because you beat down a big boss with your buddies you feel you have the right to pwn in the Bg's but someone who has spent months tracking down the best gear for their bracket doing run after run in instances to get the drops they need, spent hours farming mats to get the gold needed to enchant it shouldn't get an advantage over someone leveling past that bracket in their lowbie greens? gimmie a break. If bringing down a raid boss somehow gives you super pvp talent maybe you should drop your tier 5 and go at it in your birthday suit. The only real difference between a twink and an end-game epic geared raider in the battlegrounds is a self imposed level cap.
