In the hut where you get the escort quest in RFK lies a wounded man, he'll give you the quest for finding the necklace.

    theres an escort q in both rfk and rfd, though the rfk is much easier (not looking at lvl)

you can only get the quest if you are from the alliance,
horde can just kill him.
