    Level 70 CFR instances are the ones that give you CE rep, as far as I know.

      easiest i think is to go to expedition, then do the quests but dont turn it in yet
      kill nagas and do the plant quest till you get honored
      then turn and in quest and do the rest
      then go to blade edge's cenarion camp
      then finish there
      not sure how much rep that would be
      but hopefully its enough
