Really nice healing gear, I use them on my Resto Shaman. Graphic is pretty lame, but at least it's better than the eyesore of Vestia's Pauldrons of Inner Grace. They look daft.

This item is fake, I've run Auchenai Crypts 15+ times and it hasn't dropped.  Don't bother.

It finally dropped for me, took about 30 runs, no exaggeration.
