you do not need these, for god's sake, can you read the staves that specifically say:

Equip: Increases attack power by XXX in Cat, Bear, Dire Bear, and Moonkin forms only.

You may get dodge from other items, weapons aren't made to give great amounts of avoidance and damage mitigation, that's what armor is for, weapons are to do damage in case you forgot what's the literal meaning of "weapon".

First of all you are stupid.
The feral specific staves and maces are alot better. Second of all the mats for Stormherald drops in SSC and TK so first you need to ding 70 then get thunder, then deep thunder from heroics and then you can start raiding but you´ll never get into any guild that have even killed one boss in kara if you got deep thunder or thunder.
But sure you can get thunder since you´ll just be waisting your time getting it.
