The Laughing Sisters are at Raynewood Retreat, roughly 61.51. I got the vial on my second kill. The moonwell is at 60.72, and even shows as a blue dot on your minimap.

    For those of us who don't use tloc we need directions I have a mac and han't figured out how to utilize cosmos so lets have some good directions. I went to blue dot however when I got there I found a cave there was no well and I was unable to fill the vial I have been looking for hours and I am at the end of my rope with this game if any one has links where I can Utilze cosmos or download for my mac let me know as for directions anything would be appreciated at this point.

      South of main road and to the left of river is where it is to be more specific its if you look at Mystral lake you will see this tiny river heading into the lake on the mapwhere the river meets tis lake you go east to right brfore you get to the Fallferen river it will be in that facinitythese r the best direction I could muster up but is south of the road they talk about in quest hope this helps

        Who actually gives this quest...had but must have dumped it by mistake....but Gann isnt offering it......confused
