    Haven't found where to harvest them, but I did get a couple as rare drops on Bloodpetal Trappers in Un'Goro Crater.

      Arthas' Tears are most definitely in the game.  There were a couple spawns inside RFD which were green difficulty to me at skill ~270.  now, the more important question...how much will they sell for?  ;)

        I've seen Arthas' Tears in Plaguelands..can't remember if it was E or W...I *think* it was Western...

      arthra's tears are harvested mainly in western plaguelands

      They can also be found in Felwood quite frequently as well.
