He's located under the Citidel around 48,55

The Drillmaster is located just South of Hellfire citadel.

We took him out with two tanks trading off aggro so one tank could bandaid.

Make sure you clear all adds in the area since the Drillmaster has an attack that sends you flying through the air.  You seem to lose aggro when he uses this attack also so be prepared.

2 rogues, me 63 and another 62 just killed him, he's stunlockable, just make sure you gouge/kidney shot when he starts to cast his whirlwind or whatever and it's pretty easy, if you get knocked back into the mobs, just vanish and run back to him

Coordinates: Patrols between (48,56) and (47,56)

Information:
Level 62 NightElf Hunter, Beast Mastery Spec'd (52/0/1). I was able to solo this quest without any problems whatsoever. Only buffs used were:

• Spirit Bond
  
• Aspect of the Hawk
  

Pet Buffs:

• Spirit Bond
  
• Intimidation
  
• Bestial Wrath
  

Auto-Shot and Serpent Sting(s) is the only Ranged Damage dealt; Mend Pet(s), Bestial Wrath(s), and Intimidation(s) took the remaining mana pool.

Note:
I've seen him as a 62 Elite and a 63 Elite.

As has been said, make sure you clear the area first.  Also be careful he resets if walk back towards the building.  I had him at half life and reset, and starts evading but still doing damage. So take him towards Honor Hold, where he can't evade.  Another warning, if you walk away when he starts his whirlwind he chucks you away, possibly onto respawns.

I did use 2 major mana pots, 1 major healing pot and lots of bandages while he was stunned.  I used BoW.  Fight took about 6 minutes i think.

He has just under 21k Health and deals about 300 dmg per hit, he crit me for 750 at one time.

I have abt 120 dps, +250 spell dmg and +320 healing.

I am not proud of this solution but hey, it works.

Go to 48,57, close to the edge overlooking a fairly steep drop.  At the bottom will be a tent and, after a respawn, Zurok the Drillmaster.  Target him, send your pet, get the aggro and pull your pet back up.  Zurok will follow, maybe bring one mob but you can lock down/finish it off on the way up.

From that point, just attack from a distance whenever possible, be sure to NOT get between Zurok and the edge (he has a knockback spell that will...well, knock you back...over the edge, down the cliff and that's never fun without a Netherweave Bungiebelt.)  Freeze/lock/root in place and pound away from a distance, he is a fairly easy kill (for an Elite).  Take care to avoid getting knocked into other NPCs, stay focused on Zurok if you do, keep the pets healthy and voila, +1000 rep in Honor Hold +12K XP (ymmv) and piece of plate armor that sells for 4.8G

1.  Head north of Honor Hold.
2.  There's a little valley slightly to the left that goes down into the valley/gorge area.  Take that.  You'll run into some mobs (63ish).  Can take them out one by one.
3.  Head west/to the left.
4.  You'll be at the underside of the citadel.  Head towards the back.  Boss man is back there.
5.  As he walks back into the small area, pull all the mobs around 1 by 1.
6.  You'll see a tall wall right in this area.  This is where you want to pull the boss.  Have tank keep back to the wall b/c the boss will kick you very, very, very far.  The wall will stop this and you can run back and don't have to worry about pulling aggro from other mobs.

That's it.  Did this as 61Warrior + 60Warrior + 60 Druid.  We died once by not clearing the area well enough.  Guy is a 63E and he's pretty tough.  Take 3 if you can.

Soloed as a 60 frostmage. Piss easy. Only used 1 elemental, kept him novaed/frozen pretty much all the time, didn't lose one hp, nor used any pots / mana boosts.
