I only have 9500 armour and we pissed all the way thru the fights as long as you make sure thunderclap and demo shout are up and shield block is on cooldown (standard tanking) its easy altho it helps we have a good healer :) at level 70 this quest chain is the easiet 125gold in under half hour ive ever made Warrior Mage Rogue Warlock Priest
maybe it was just the fact we had 3 rogues but it was hella hard for us.
66 rogue 67 rogue 70 rogue 66 holy pally 65 feral druid (me) his MS hit me for 3.2k non crit white crits for over 3k 10k+ armor, ~25% dodge and 9.5k health so we found a near by 67 shadow priest killing ogres so we had him give us a hand 66 rogue 67 rogue 70 rogue 66 holy pally 65 feral druid (me) 67 shadow priest he killed all us at 1% except for the holy pally who bubbled and auto attacked the last %, unfortunatly 1 of the rogues released and didnt complete the quest >:( so i get a level 70 warrior friend to help us out 66 rogue 67 rogue 70 rogue 66 holy pally 66 feral druid (me, yes i leveled after the first time killing the dude :D) 67 shadow priest 70 warrior cake definatly get more than 1 healer
Just did this about 2 hours ago... definitely need a good warrior for this one. Thank goodness we had one. Took a while to find the right party but once we had this group, we mopped up. Good luck!
BTW, Main Tank had 14k armor and 13k HP.. I think that's what he said. :) Party was: 70 Warrior (Main Tank) 68 Warrior 68 Pally 70 Priest 67 Druid Ok... just did this again... new party... still did well... no wipes. Guess you don't need a good warrior... so my bad. LOL. 68 Druid (Main Tank) 68 Rogue 68 Pally 67 Priest 67 Hunter
i died about 25 times doing all of this chain quest.. needed more DPS and good heal
so this is wat we did after we got pissed (after wiped we just marcroed whole horde chat and this is wat we have got) 68 protection warrior 70 shadow priest 70 warlock 70 hunter 70 paladin 66 warrior arm (me) 65 mage 67 warrior fury 68 druid 70 druid on bear foam (5 more) we had whole raid when there and finished in 20 secs killing 5th mighty boss
This guy wasn't as bad as the last one for us.
* 70 Druid tanking (me) - full Balance spec (yeah) with feral gear - 12.5k armor, 11k health (buffed) * 2x Holy Paladin (65, 66) * 2x Shadow Priest (66, 68) confined to healing * 65 Hunter AND a 70 rogue who stopped by to help. All the healers were about OOM by the end (but no Lay on Hands used I don't think). Many of the comments about this fight stress the importance of a good tank, but multiple healers are **extremely** helpful.
I got this last night with a group of :
lvl 70 paladin lvl 66 paladin lvl 65 paladin lvl 66 warlock lvl 67 mage We did it in one run. No wipes. So all in all it was a fun half hour of work and the reward was great for that half hour. 60/70 gold 10 major health potion 10 super mana potion And last but not least a great weapon for all of us. (i got a holy pala weapon (+160 healing)ofc)
just did this with the following group.
Me(tank) - 65 Feral Druid(9k hp 13k armor) Priest(healer) - 65 Holy Warrior(DPS) - 65 Arms Shaman(DPS) - 65 elemental Warlock (DPS) - 65 Demonology Simple Tank and spank, his Mortal Strike was hitting me for 3.5k (noncrit!). The first try he would constantly charge clothies, wiping aggro and 1-2 shotting them, to fight this they all stayed within 9 yards of him, all of them away from his front, as we had assumed he never charged, making this a simple yet mana intensive tank and spank.
this guy is the hardest part of this chain i hear. Do you think a druid with 6khp could tank? or would u need a warrior to tank? This post is faded because it has a negative score.
I just did this quest line, and it wasn't really that bad. We had:
68 fury warrior (me) who tanked w/o a shield 65 restoration shaman who healed 65 enhancement shamanfor more dps 68 shadow priest who only had to heal once and a 70 shadow priest for more dps cake.
yea we had alot of guys when we did it.
70 warrior 70 shadow priest 70 affliction lock 65 demon lock (me) 65 druid 70 warrior 70 mage. 70 paladin 70 druid at this many people it went by really really fast and was really easy. 2 groups doin the same quests helped. finished the whol thing in 10 minutes. easy money and easy xp with a great staff at the end too.

I over aggro'd and found myself tanking this one :P 10k HP helped xD Hit for 2k Had to pop healthstone, Deathcoil and a healthpot as well as constant healer on me and drain life and Siphon life up He never mortal striked but I wasn't tanking the whole fight just the last 20%
I started to making blood circle today.. im hunter 65 lvl.. at now i killed first 3 guys alone.. for now easy.. ill add next comment when i end figthing. This post is faded because it has a negative score.
Difficult with a single healer, even a level 70.
Biggest problem I had as a bear tank was the sunder armors. If you let it stack to 3 it's hard, 5 it's just impossible. At 5 stacks you're losing 90% of your armor as a bear, not fun Add Comment
