Do this simultaneously with your cooking q. After you get the q, go to Shadowprey, gather your fishie, head to desolace, get fishie 2. Fly to org and set Hearthstone there. If youre lazy, buy the mats for the cooking quest while youre there.. Take the zepp to UC, then fly to swamp fo sorrows for number 3. Then fly to STV for fish 4. Head back to gromgol for zepp to org. Fly to dustwallow and gadget to hand in. Took me altogether 30 minutes to do the whole thing. Never got a fish on first cast, but efficiency made up for that.

I recommend buying the elixir of water walking from the AH so it'll make your life easier.
