When you fist enter Deatholme, stick left.
1) Mirdoran the Fallen is in the center of the Gazebo (fist building on your left) 37,34
2) Borgoth the Bloodletter is just south of there in the Slaughter House located at the top of the hill. 32, 89
3) Continue to follow around in a clockwise circle. Masophet the Black is in the center of the Ziggurat in the SE corner. 29,88
4) Finaly, just to the west of the entrence is a crypt. Jurion the Deceiver is in the basement. 32, 73

Right coords are: 40,83
37,44 isnt even in deathholm. Real co-ords using cosmos for miradoan are 36,81

I believe that Borgoth spawns at two spots. We had to wait for a loooong time before he would spawn.

He also spawns in the same building that you find the Ranger from the Captives at Deatholme quest. A building almost straight south of the gate, around 32,89
There are 2 Zigs and 2 slaughter houses. Borgoth the Bloodletter(slaughter house) and Masophet the Black(Zig) can spawn in either of their associated buildings. One of the slaughter houses is to the east on a hill, the other is in the center to the south. The two Zigs are on either side of the southern slaughter house.
Again, both of these Lts. have two spawn points.
That is indeed true I went in the wrong building looking for the Ranger Vedoran and found Borgoth the Bloodletter. I killed him and when I went to the correct building for Verdoran I killed Borgoth a second time.
the giant bugs are actually called crypt fiends. Bliz gave them a new name for deatholm for some reason.
These guys respawn in different buildings each time. If you don't find them at one of the coordinates listed on this page, try one of the other coords in another comment.
For my session, I found them spawned at the following coordinates:
Borgoth the Bloodletter at 41,83
Mirdoran the Fallen: 37,79
Masophet the Black: 29,88
Jurion the Deceiver: 32,74
37,34 is no where near deatholme . 37,34 puts you at the sanctum of the moon .... Once I finish this quest I will edit this post with what I find.

Masophet the Black has a terrible respawn rate. I have been waiting for about 10 minutes for him to respawn.
Masophet respawns in either of the two ziggurats. If you're waiting for the respawn for a while in one, go check the other, he's likely there.
Did u guys do this after killing Dar'Khan or whatever

I've been to the ziggurats. they're the buildings with the crystals floating above them right? the coordinates match anyway. I've been there several times and have found the annoying necromancers, a lvl 18 elite guy, but no masophet the black. is there a way to get up to the top of that building? is he up there? or is he in with the necromancers?
I'm having the same problem, even if I try to pull the leet, 2-3 guards follow him. I've died just about twice now, and even being a rogue you cant stealth around all the necromancers (trust me, I tried) lvl 19 aggro's too much. Only solution is to get a group.
I was really lucky on this one. I'm a level 19 hunter. I entered the Ziggeraut and hugged the left wall until I could just see the caster to the right on the bottom of the ramp. See him enough to target and get him in line of sight. I sent my cat after him and he killed the caster. Masophet then attacked my cat and came up and out a bit to where I was standing. He was alone and wasn't too difficult to kill. Like I said... I was just very lucky on that one.
Raremobs, as you call elites, are really semi-elite and very much solable. Drops a green wand every time.

He wanders around the room. When he's at the top where u enter he can be pulled solo. You DON'T have to stealth around inside there... did this with my rogue @ lvl 19 aswell. The quest would be marked as (group) if it wasn't soloable...
Dr. Witherlimb isn't elite, just rare boss.. and i soloed both ziggurats with a lvl 17 warr (I was only in Ghostlands for getting Sin'dorei warblade.. =P). You just need to stand and wait for Witherlimb at the entrance, and aggro him, when he's comming around.. After that it's simply to aggro a necromancer one by one (use a bow/wand/gun to pull) and then cover you, then they will automaticall run to get to you...
I can't find Bloodletter any where. IDK if it is just me but ive been to every building about 3 times

I'm having huge problems with this quest as a level 20 Mage. It's certainly the hardest quest I've done so far that has been marked solo.
This isn't because of the people I have to kill, they're easy, it's because of the huge amount of mobs around me, who walk around all over the place, spawn right next to me, and aggro at every possible moment, all in a tiny space. And to top it all off, I can't sheep any of them, except the necromancers I suppose, because they're all undead. Wonderful.
The whole area is horribly designed really.
*sigh* I'll get through this though! No matter how many times I die, I'll do it.
As a 19 mage, I had none of the problems that this poster mentioned. Sure, grinding through the large number of trash mobs was annoying, but it was by no means impossible. As long as you clear the mobs efficiently and keep moving, you shouldn't have to worry about dying at any point during this quest.
The above coords are correct. I completed entire quest in about 30 mins as level 21 lock. Fun time!
cant find the second lietenant neither at 32,89 or at 41,83
Ive had problems with Bloodletter Ive been to his coords 3 times to just find a empty building.
I read the comments above and looked around for Borgoth the Bloodletter and the coordinates for him that are 32, 89 is where I did not find him. I dont know about him spawning back in two places but the coords where I found him was 41, 83. I'm not sure if they moved, or whatever but those are the coords I found him in; into one of those towers on a hill, there should be at least 2-3 spiders on the path towards the tower. I hope you find him the same as I did, if not try 32, 89 I could be wrong.

other coords posted are correct. Borgoth on the other hand 41, 83. to the east. for those without coords... he to the far east. you will see a hill and a building at the top. he in there. i ran around forever looking for this guy. Good luck, and better to go in a group even if he is only lvl 20. there alot of mobs just to get to him.
I found him on the eastern side at 41,83, then ran back to the southern section (slaughterhouse) and found him there as well. Either there are two abominations named Borgoth in Deatholme, or he respawns extremely quickly, even faster than the other mobs in the area. If he's not at once place, try the other.
The other 3 lieutenants seem to be stationary.

i found masophet the black at 35.89
there are two different respawn places for Borgoth the Bloodletter. i found him in the tower to the east...it has a big wheel on the top. he was sitting right on top of the captive (apprentice varnis).
Found Masophte the Black at 29 88 after waiting for 45 minutes at 35 88 - should have read Thottbot earlier - he can spawn in two spots!
I have this quest, but I have no idea what level they are. It's like 3 am, and I'm just wondering if I could get some idea what level they are. I'm like a level 19 Mage, lol, I know I won't be able to do this alone.
