  its got 2 slots, you can put dodge rating, or agility onto it.
  
  Though for most encounters it seems wrong-slotting it with stamina gems and coming out with a +57 stam belt is probably the best strategy.

This belt is clearly better than the Sha'tari Vindicator's Waistguard. It has more AC and one more defense.

Sure it doesn't have as much block rating or any block value, but you can easily add either two +8 dodge gems (for a little under 1% dodge) or two +12 stamina gems to make it a 57 stamina belt. The stamina is probably the better option, and I think it is clearly a better belt with stamina gems socketed on it.

agility SO adds dodge... if you eat food that gives +20 agil for 30 mins, you end up with +0.67% dodge for that half hour...

second of all, i see no reason why this belt can't be socketed with dodge, defense or agility :P

agility adds dodge for all classes so to the tard who said it doesnt for warriors, go die in a fire.

when I looked at my agility adding to dodge today. it doesnt add dodge anymore. at least the tooltip doesnt list it.

You're right, the tooltip doesn't list it anymore, but it is still calculated. Take off a piece of armor that has Agility, and no dodge rating, and you'll still see your dodge% go down.

Agility/30=+dodge percentage

That's the formula at 70.
