I got mine off the goblins in STV, venture co.
Took about an hour of grinding/farming.
its probably very random though, but still thoes goblins have some nice drops if you're around 32-36.

That isn't psychotic behavior at all...
I've had these pants for my level 40 warlock for a while now and I haven't seen much that would be an improvement over them before level 50. Green stat pants are just now matching their stamina and intelligence but without the shadow damage boost. What did everyone else use after these?

Bought them in AH on daggerspine for 15g. Best pants on the whole server for 30 - 45lvl horde. Well Priests anyway.

How would the additional damage work with a Warlock's Corruption. ie, does it add 10 to the total damage done by the spell? OR, does it add 10 damage per tick, thereby making the additional damage much more.
Additional spell damage with DOT is calculated strangly. But to make is easy to understand, it is not per tick, but for the total. The % of damage bonus you get from them is based on the (base) casting time of the spell. instant casts (CoA) only receive 50% bonus damage and anything over 3 secs receives full bonus. (Soulfire)

These leggings are awesome. +12 sta and +11 int as already very good for leggings that only require level 30. Compare that to Regal Leggings of the Eagle, they are the same except Necromancer leggings are 9 levels lower. When you throw in the +10 shadow damage, it just makes these leggings godly. If I was going to make a 39 warlock twink, I would defintely choose these leggings even though they're only level 30.
For serious twinkage...
Don't forget your Clefthide armor kit (+30 stam) http://www.thottbot.com/?i=57010
or Mystic spell thread (+25 spell dmg +15 stam) before you bind them to yourself.

I wore these past level 50. These are incredible for the level, for the fact that they have stats AND damage, I used them in 39 BGs, and I couldnt find anything to replace them till I was past level 50. Sure I could find better pants, but I couldnt however find pants that had a significant increase in damage AND at least equal stamina. I eventually replaced them with the Felcloth pants which I made with tailoring. These pants are amazing.
These are great i am a Lock lvl 47 now. I got these from Desolace on a small little island Northeast of the Rethor Tower (i think that's the name of it) a Naga dropped it for me. I was a lvl 38 when this dropped. I LOVE THIS PANTS!
could you add runic thread to these?
As with many other blue items in the game these are merely a world drop. Everyone telling about what mob dropped it or what treasure chest yielded this piece is really not useful in any way since the leggings could drop off any mob in any location within the appropriate level range.

I have been farming for my lvl 29 warlock in SM for a couple of days now. Got 2 blue drops so far, but they were merely profitable, not useful. Then I opened a chest and as the last item on the 3rd 'loot page' I found these. Suffice to say I let out a loud YAY!
How ridiculous can they make blues? I used these forever on my warlock.
Got these for icey weapon enchant xD and 35g. Sold them for 100g =/ wish i sold them at a higher price.
I wanted to buy a pair of Necromancer Leggins for my warlock alt. My server is full of 70 and their alts, so the price was 300 g :o
So I decided to wait a little and today I logged in to check the AH and ... I saw them for the price of 5g XDXD
I'm lucky. I bought the Runic Spellthread and implemented it, so now these pants are waiting for my lock to ding lvl 30 =)))
Personally as a 39 twink warlock these are the best pants, the shadoweave leggings or red mageweave are better for overall damage but in the main run you have to stay alive as long as possible to dot that suckers up. So i think the extra stam and intellect that you recieve from these is quite a fair bit more beneficial then 8-10 more SD. Just personally that is what I would prefer but if you prefer higher damage and more deaths thats your point of view and I like that as well :P

I JUST learned about these pants on this site 5 minutes ago, and went to the AH just for kicks and BOOM there they were... and for 8 gold.
Dunno if that's a good deal or not, but it sure beats the pants i was wearing.
Thanks for the tip thott!!
Lol, same, from the goblins in STV. Was just killing a few mobs on my main while waiting another to come summon for my acheivement run to ZG. Within 5-10 kills these dropped. Gonna put on ah now.
Sold for 125g on Silver Hand.

Got it from a troll in stv...I lockpick it and bam! I found it inside and sold it for 150g... sweet money =D
