The ONLY fist weapons I have ever seen were from the vendor in the military ward of IronForge.

And when I checked equipment databases, daggers are by far better and alot more common.

No, as far as I can tell with my druid, you can train in fist weapons, but you can never equip the off-hand weapon, so it's useless.

Also, the weapons dealer behind the entry building to Darnassus sells fist weapons -- brass knuckles and claws.

I have fist weapons trained, I did it at a waaaay low level. Now they don't show up on my skills list. I can confirm I have them trained because the wep master in Darnassus with the already trained filter shows them to me. Yesterday when the Celebras thing dropped in Maraudon I the wep was red to me (unusable). Did Blizzard nerf this?

it really is too bad how lame all the fist weapons in the game are. Compared to daggers, swords, axes they are just stupid. Specially for a warrior. The point of a warrior is to take a beating, and deal mega damage in large doses. Attack speed that you get from fist weapons is makes up no ground on the damage you fail to deal because of the miss rates bug the special attacks have, and the low DPS of the claws. The best claws I have seen you can equip at level 31, and they deal a average of around 40 per hit with my warrior. My two handed axe deals well over 100 per hit, and can critical for 400. For me the choice is obvious.

A lot of fist weapons are specificly right or left handed, right being primary and left being off hand. So since you can't dual weild my sugestion would be to see if it is right or left handed. If it's just one handed I haven't the foggiest.

Well, it is sort of obvious that fist weapons need to be  ' nerfed " as:

      1. They are quite unuseful when higher lvl
      2. Bugged madness because when you train for them, you still can't use them.

So apparently, according to everyones input, Horde learn Fist Weapons in Orgrimmar,... except im at Sayoc & Hanashi right now and they dont have the option to learn it.

I'm a rogue so I know Im supposed to be able to learn Fist's...

is it learnt from a different NPC?

I have a question and I haven't really been able to decipher an answer from these posts.  I am a lvl 38 Night Elf Hunter.  I am trained in dual wield but not in fist weapons.  If I train in fist weapons, can I use a fist weapon in my off hand and a one handed sword in my main hand?  Thanks...

I went and got myself one of these one-hand fist weapons with my shaman to check if I could wear it on my off hand but alas I could not saying I cannot dual wield.  So if you have the dual wield skill then yes you can wear it on one hand and have another weapon in the other since it'd act like any other 1h weapon.  Of course you're gonna have to abide by the main hand, one hand, off hand rules.

http://www.thottbot.com/?i=9489 is the fist weapon I got.  It is surprisingly powerful when you put rockbiter on it.  A lv51 shaman using rockbiter 6 made this thing just shy of being as powerful as http://www.thottbot.com/?i=11935 with the same weapon enchant.  Basically made the thing 15 levels higher, so I wouldn't count out using these.

The "offhand" specified fist weapons are reduced when you duel weild. They should ither have it where the weapon damage is reduced for the posted ammount or fix the damage on the "offhand" specified weapon. It would seem better that way instead of a damage ammout that  dosnt match up to the damage on the weapon should be changed to in one of those ways.
