What does blizzard consider a stun or a bond, because blink does neither, and it irritates me.

does fear or mesmerize count as a stun? and will blink work on these?
by stun do you mean dazed? or actual stun?
Where can this ability learned at ??? Not at Level 20 for example in Ogrimmar or Undercity or ??
I was near Camp Turajou, and this undead mage kept following me, and he wouldn't leave me alone, he kept blinking in front of me, and he wouldn't leave me alone, i thought u couln't use it outside of battle. if so, thats kewl, since u can get around pretty good. : D
This means by stuns and bonds as in anything that stops you from moving.Entangling Roots,Hammer of Justice,Kidney Shot,Cheap Shot, Charge, Intercept,Frost Nova...stuff that holds u in place or stuns u pretty much.
Just wanted to notify people, before they complain, that abilities such as Gouge and Sap cannot be blink-dispelled. They do not bind you (that would be something you couldn't get your feet out of or so), and they do not stun you, they disorient you. So don't expect it to work against these abilities (though I like to use my Blink against the Cheap/Kidney Shots anyway).
And, IRT someone's question, the cost is relative to your maximum mana, will always cost something like 10-15% of it...
The mana cost is equal to the amount of mana you will regenerate before the spell is done cooling down. Which means you can keep using this over and over to travel faster without losing any mana when you reach your destination
ya the thing i hate about it is whin im in a group with my friend that has it he will use it right befor we git to something to attack and then he will attack it first(and beeing a a pally i have no range stuff -_-)and he gits that kill.. i realy hate it when we are just walking some where and he uses it but my talant tree lets me walk 15% faster than hem so i will catch up befor he can use it again....and yes i no its a wast of talant points i am going to relearn when i git higher lvl
