This guy also ends the 4 hour faction killing spree known as Gelkis alliance. Your reward for your work? 650xp (I think I got more xp reward at 20?) and a choice of either some arrows, some ammo or some thrown weapons. Which was awesome since I was a shaman and I couldn't use any of them.

I got 2050 exp for doing this, and a followup quest. Not sure why the previous person only got 650 some gimp rewards, I wasn't offered any reward.

I assume it's 2050 for Alliance players and 650 for Horde.  Maybe the other way around for factions?  Horde get more xp for siding with Magram instead of Gelkis?

as a horde player, i sided with magram Because the gelkis were so close to our base. Its an easy walk when you're gonna be killing centaur for a while. Upon looking at this site though, the rewards for siding with gelkis would have suited me better

I allied with the Gelkis (I'm horde )and still only got 650xp, makes no difference which you ally with, maybe this Q is just too easy for the mighty horde and so we get less than the alliance that probably struggle with it :P

btw I got the follow up Ongeku at lvl 35.

I just completed this quest at lvl 33, got 2050 xp and +250 to Gelkis and -250 to Magram clans.  It is also the beginning to a chain of quests to develop more Rep with Gelkis clan

i finshed the gekis chain quest at lvl 40 and am am now honored with the gelkis clan (after killing many of there foes)i am wondering if it is worth it to gain any more rep with the gelkis clan or if i should leave it at honered

i allied with Gelkis,cause they're reward is also a mail stuff and im a paladin ^^
