Who has the pendant- is it just a random pig man?

Where is the person who gives this quest? I've been all over the Kraul and can't find him.

This is the correct instance: Razorfen Kraul

To find the woman, go up the ramp of the weapon shop in the tradesman's terrace that faces the bank.  From there, there is a ramp that goes up to the second floor of the weapon shop.  Go up to the second floor, and there will be a ramp that goes to the building across from it.  She is in there.

ok its easy to find where to turn it in , but wheres the dying guy who gives me the pendant..i would really like it if someone responded here

i found the pendant as drop on one of the patrole guards on the last suspentien bridge before the bat cave i do not know if it is random

Kill the crone, walk east off edge of mound/short-cliff, enter hut, talk to dying elf, escort goblin.

she is in tradesmans terrace, u must enter through weapons building go to second floor, then go across bridge to get to her

Received 120 reputation with Darnassus when I completed this at level 36. 

once u kill the Chalnga last boss jump down below her the quest giver is right there in the hat, than do escort, when u done reset instance and u can solo find pendant, not hard did it at 32 rogue

She is in the Tradesman Terrance..first you go to the place called "Thrown Weapons".. second you go to the building next to it called "Weapons".. third you go in the "Weapons" building to the second floor the go across the bridge to the big building and she is standing right there.

U just enter RFK and there is 3 ways 1 is there just try all ,,, OMG

the cape says -3 spirit so dont go for it
