where,how and wat lvl dou get taunt?

I hate when they dont provide all information, Im not buying this ability without knowing how much health it takes

How about spending the few silver it costs and testing it yourself?

IIRC, it takes about 10% of your health, or it DID, before the recent huge patch. I can't test it atm, but they said the cost would be reduced.

I believe it takes a set percentage of health. The health cost I do not know, it's probably 10 or 20%

The cost of blood rage USED to be 10% but blizzard realized that was too punishing to your health so i think was reduced to 5%? im not sure but rite now i use it and it doesnt even take out a big amount of health from my charecter, and is a decent way to get ur rage going at the begining of battle.
