Best shoes to wear that look nearly all white are "Acidic Walkers" dropped from Vicious Fallout in gnomer. They have white souls, white toes and white tops, with a slight green stripe up the side, which you cannot see in the gown. You only see the toes.
Now, if I could only find the veil and gloves...

Cyraph

No, there isn't any NPCs that will marry you, but use your imagination. Theres clothes for it, rings, so just ask your luv, tell your friends and do it :)
You can kind of get married, there is the tuxedo shirt, pants, and coat that allow for a groom. This wedding dress makes for a Bride. The dreess and formal shirts give way for bridesmaids, best men and spectators, you can buy wedding rings from a vendor in booty bay ranging from a cheap mood ring to a ring called The Rock! that cost 100g. I'm sure a combination of a robe and a shirt could give the priest a collar. There are also off-hand flowers that anyone could hold. Theree's even the cathedreal in SW. I've met a few people that adventure with their fiance's and spouses.
I'm going to start looking for a priests outfit that'll give me a collar.
No real way to get married, just all the components ready for an eager WoW couple to use

The church in Tarren Mill is even better for a wedding than the one in Deathknell, not so many PvP standing around in there. My character Haara got married there on Saturday 14.01.06 to Mindcrawler, and it was a beautiful ceremony! Highly recommended! I'm now the happiest girl in WoW! :D
hehehe... my friends on Earthen Ring in my guild keep thinking Im gonna get married to my troll friend (Im a 42 Nightelf Hunter, he's a 46 Troll Shammie... hotness :P), and we keep goofing off, by saying, 'When's the wedding?' or 'When are you gonna marry the troll?'... and just tonight got a letter from my friend entitled *Cough*, and she sent the dress XD... I cant wait to show him this...

I'm getting married to my night elf beau (and RL hubby) Taradarion - no date set yet. :)
Re: shoes - I have never seen a recipe for "White Linen Boots," nor can I find a listing for them on Thottbott - what/where are they??? I used to have a pair of acidic walkers but I DE'd them, and I REALLY don't want to go through Gnomergan again!
i'm a lvl 41 night elf druid on Terenas Server and afew days ago i got the full tuxedo set for little under 2g! It looks really good when its all together :) i'm just looking for a monacle now lol. The Tuxedo shirt has a black collar on it, and if you put that under a white robe for your pries, then that will look kinda authentic. :) I've seen loads of Weddings in WoW and some have been really amazing! One good spot was Scarlet Monestary Cathedral. Create a Raid group of your brides maids and friends. and of course the bride and groom. then keep ur special clothes in ur bag until you've killed your way to the Cathedral. Once it's clear Get readdy in the secret room on the right and then you can have a wedding in the most amazing church on WoW. :)
I'll get sum shots of ma tux for ya :)
Apparently in the World of Warcraft you can't get married until you're 30, seeing as the level requirement is 30. I guess all the twenties out there can just dream.

how do you get "fake" married in the game?
IS it lonely up there on your high horse?
There is no average frame. In World of Warcraft, you'll notice, even the humans look fairly muscular and strong, the women included.
Stop whining just because YOU don't like the main screen shot.
You know that NE at the pic. above looks like an angel carrying around her faithful cat and her white kitten how cute is that and the White Wedding Dress goes perfectly with the match:)
here is how the dress looks on my lovely troll, Ryosei :)
where did u take this pic?
Looks like Silvermoon City.
I love this dress sooooo much!! i need to get sometime... i dunno when i would wear it though...now i never realized how pretty trolls can be!!! That troll looks really really pretty in that pic! hehe well im gonna have to look and see wut i can find i hope i can get a bargin. i guess my realm is a little overpriced... ugh

It's not silver thread dress, it's silver dress robes. And, yes, it's not black but silver and a good second choice.
http://thottbot.com/i6682 is what my undead has on right now and with my guild tabard on (almost all black tabard) it looks almost solid black with red lines in it. Perfect for a gothic wedding.
The only bad thing about wearing working robes for a wedding dress is that it's not special and just makes you look like you showed up late in whatever you had on that day. (my wardrobe changes daily, I don't know about you...) This will work but if I ever did anything like this (I looked up the pattern caue I saw one an AH one day and wanted to make it if I ever learned tailoring) I would wear the white on or ask a tailor for a simple dress.
http://thottbot.com/i10053 Simple black dress works to.
There is a pink version of the white wedding dress called the Easter Dress. There is also the Elegent Dress (same as easter dress, really) I guess it's optional to wear this if you look better in pink or are getting married in Org and want to blend into the landscape even more. ^_^
The presiding priest/ess can also wear the Woolen dress since it does bear some respeblance to an actualy egyptian priestess' robes. http://thottbot.com/i6787
The simple dress is just ugly enough to be a bridesmaid's dress and still slightly flattering. http://thottbot.com/i6786
Brewfest Dress, for another gothic wedding dress or gothic bridesmaid dress options. http://thottbot.com/i33863 (looks like a tavern wench or a gypsy to me) Dancing girls can wear this if there is going to be a reception latter ^_^ Night elves, for the dance!
Lovely Black Dress also serves above stated purpose but is more for the honeymoon :^_^ http://thottbot.com/i22279 also comes in blue and purple.
Any festival dress would be good for the mother of the bride/groom, as it covers form neck to deck and looks very matronly.
Men are on their own finding out how to clothe their men at their wedding. Any of the dinner suits would be good for the ushers or best man.
As for what guests wear: any of the numorous hanbok will work. Having each race wear a color will make them match better in a lineup. Search thotbot for that.
Have the guests take off head gear, weapons (anything that glows or sparkeles), capes and gloves. Headgear, weapons, and capes arn't worn to weadings anyway. Sparkling stuff takes attention from bride and groom and it's all about the bride on her wedding day. Anyone who's been married knows that! Gauntlets come off in a show of good faith. No fighting or dueling at weddings, not till the reception where everyone can get drunk and fight each other to see who all gets to dance with the bride ^_^. Without their capes, hats, gauntlets or weapons, it shoud be more interesting duels.
Pets are either left at home or left on stay so as not to interfere with goings on.
Use AOE effects when bride and groom are walking down the isle.
Shoot off fireworks when they walking if you can't do AOE. Hunters use eyes of the beast to stear pets in intricate (coreographed) patterns around dance floor.
Simple or as complicated as you want it ^_^
Have a good day.
