I didn't get it at once I had to fly along the whole road with blood elfs for a while rather low to make this work.

Might just be me. But don't give up.

I have finished this chain quest, I believe you need more that the 3 players as suggested by the quest log, because the Path of Conquest is packed with Blood Elves (casters and tanks) and elites giants that you can easily aggro and wipe in a second. There are also roaming mounted elves (the cavaliers on horses and on the bird) that can be trouble, consider the river as a route scape because you can wipe more than 3 times and prolong this quest making it boring. Potions, bandages and food can easy your stay. Be aware also that along the path that run west to east, elites mounted elves are present and can stop from time to time close to the road where Path of Conquest is. Everything you need is situated east of Eclipse point, and south/west of it for the final quest. Do not forget to use the flare gun that the NPC gave u at the beginning to call him and report each time you complete a quest in this chain; only the last quest requires you to run back at the dwarf keep.
If you want to finish this quest fast and with little or no deaths, make a full 5 man group, it is easier if you have a flying mount because you can zip back and forth to complete it faster.

Do u need to be lvl 70 and have flying mount to complete this quest? O_O

It was so simple. Follow the path east of wildhammer and make a right, before the bridge, youll acheieve "Complete" with only about 100 yards in, ride in, ride out, youre done.

As a mage, this is completely soloable.

Start at the far end.  Cast Invisibility.  Run partway up the road and the quest will complete.

It didn't even require 10 seconds of invis for me.

There's a green cloud of smoke at 50,63. On top of the mountain area. This is where I completed the quest objective, not where any of the above posters have described. Goodluck :P

51,62 is where it completed for me

54, 68 for me. Just fly!

when complete,fire flare and quest giver comes.

It was 51,61 for me; I flew from the south end of the path just above mob-aggro height and that's where I got the Completed text appearing.

53 68 i flew over that and completed

One little bit of additional info: the Path of Conquest has a kink in it; make sure you fly the whole thing! There's a good place to light on the spire near the top.

I kept flying around the whole place trying to discover it and I finally got it at 52,58.

I just ran to 52,59 on my charger and it auto - completed.

I completed it by accident... i was just killing everyone at the path of conquest to get the sunfury signets, when one 69 elite and another 3 69s attacked me, so I ran into the path using howl of horror and sacrifice (im a warlock of course), and i completed it just before I died... im a lvl 68 lock

Yeah, had problem, went in on mount, died 12 times trying to get out, pain in the ass =) Coords Confirmed.

This quest... it's pritty hard without group

lol its hard for me i am 69 and want to get it done i keep dying and walking back to my body. Well i did discover crimson watch. Never try to walk up there lol it dont work.

Completed for me at 51.62. Flew the whole path from 51,59 up to 51,72, and back down the left path to 51,62

I ran in to the co'ords, 'cause I'm a lowly 68 pally without a flying mount. Yes, I was swarmed, but I bubbled, fired the flare gun, and it completed. After my rez and fighting a few mobs by themselves, I was able to fire the gun again, turn in the quest and get the next one at a much safer location: 50,60.

Those of you without Co-ords,
    Exit Wildhammer Stronghold, get on the main road. Turn right towards Eclipse Point
    .....Pass Sketh'lon Base Camp (on the right) go across 1rst bridge,
      Right before you get to Bridge #2 .... there is a small path to the right ..... go downhill and bear to the right until it says COMPLETE.
    If you can stealth, fade, or fly, this is an easy quest. Blood elves are lined up on both sides of the road waiting to attack you.
    When you get a complete, go back up to the road and use the flare gun to signal the quest initiator, he'll fly in on a gryphon and tell you it's complete and give you another quest. I did this as a 69 Rogue in stealth...... if you can't stealth or fly overhead, (had a Druid friend that used the fly over method & got it done)  things will definitely be different!!
