Look up "Son of Arugal" sometime. 26 elite that spawns in a level 10 HORDE area. Which is 16+ for us.

Actually being the fact that majority of alliance are total newbs, alliance is most definately not easy mode.  I have played both faction and find that when you are with alliance you face the challenge of naturally skilled horde players and unreliable newbs as your teammates.  While with horde, its generally easy to fight off alliance assuming they arent already 15 levels above you and you arent by yourself.  really, the random alliance NPCs just help even out the difficulty allies face of constant superior horde players ganking them wihtout problem.

In this way, Alliance is actually a more difficult race to play in my opinion. Of course unless your on  a Karebear server, avoiding Artificial Intelligence in the random mobs in much easier to avoid than a skilled player.
