This looks like a dynamite set for enhancement tree shammys, u can make up the int loss from other gear/ rings, but those stats/bonuses are sweet.

This set is very interesting. The stamina is nice. But no intellect. Terrible for elemental shamans. Probably nice for a 60 enchancement with a reaper. Not for me.

Gotta say, when I'm in full DPS mode on my shaman (read: plenty of healers around withoutme) this set does in fact OWN for enhancement shamans.
For kicks, I put all the +to hit +crit +attk power +str +agi on that I could, a little intel to fill it out... WHAM! out DPS everything. Sometimes I use lower level earth shocks, still interupt spells use less mana and + attack power effects that too anyway. Be sure you don't engage the enymy until yourhalfway through the mobs health cause there is no way you will not steal aggro. 900 lightning, clearcasted, 1200 frost shock, 1900 or somethin windfury all in one second will definatley get you noticed. Luckily, clearcast happens often enough that the smaller mana pool is.. sorta compensated for. Annnyway, like druids do, I carry around 2 and a half sets of armor depending on the group and the boss. This set is fun. IF you can find a way to pile on some resistances it makes a good PvP too, believe it.

Ok so I feel like a noob asking but...did this set get changed in a recent patch?...the helm I got from BRD dropped in the arena and it is just called Gladiators Helm...the buffs are diff as well...only stam and agi...But it says it's part of the 5 piece gladiator set....

I have a 56 hunter on Kilrogg. Have been running the ring of law repeadedly. I now have the boots and helm and they did not drop off the mob listed to drop everything. The crypt crawler boss dropped the helm and the wolf/humanoid boss dropped the boots. The stats have been changed on this set to increase the attractivness to survival spec'ed hunters. Since the peices drop off more bosses, I think the drop rate has increased across the board. Out of the 11 times I've ran the ring of law. we have most had the crypt crawler boss and the wolf/humanoid boss. Once had the orge mage with a total of 3 drops of gladiator ( boots twice ). There are up to 6 different bosses that can be in the ring of law.
I just got the chestplate for my Hunter today and i must say it is a very nice. Clearly a PvP minded Hunter would want this for the 2% crit...

Ok I know this is godly for you enhancement shamans, but don't spam the hell out of a hunter for having it, it has agi, sta, and + to crit, so its awesome for PvP. But, if you do find a hunter w/ it and his/her reason is for melee hunters... please do spam the hell out of him/her because that hunter should not be allowed to speak by reason of potential spread of stupidity... but eh, its good for both so hunters and shams and even the occasional warrior roll and see who wins it, but warriors, please only roll if no hunters or shamans need it, they need it more than you (I hate you warrior that took the gladiator chest from me AND the other two shamans in the group!!!!!). Also, I don't really like/care/know alot about paladins and I don't really want to, but I thought I heard someone mention this would be good for them too.

Got this for my enh.-spec shammy.......had 4 of my level 60 buddies run me into Arena, and wham, 5 minutes into it the chest drops for me. Two runs later, the boots drop. Love them. Gotta try and get back in there again, really want the rest of the set.
my guild (stormwind guards) has a load of human palas and warriors in imperial plate and our 2 commanders have the helm and the rest of imperial, looks rly cool when we go in formations :)

I did the Law some thing like 5 times and only today after 4 times I got the feet, in others times or it was 1 time the boss who dont givin' nothing from the set, or the other mini bosses but they didnt drop some thing of the set =/
Gorosh appeared one time but nothing... I hope to get more parts of the set. Oh and that set is Awsome for Hunters! am level 55 hunter, and that set is just all what I need, I depens on Sta and Agi, little STR. Hunters dont need that much int, tell you, I have level 55 hunter, 3800 Health without any buff, and damege of 231-301 with out buff's (acsept AOTW). that set giving also alot crit chance, not only cuz the chain and the bonus of set, every item here. who say its bad for Hunters.. well.. first learn 'bout them. Well im not sure anyone has posted since they redid it but with the new all agi, stam, atk power, crit, and a lil int. All hunter stats and really with no str a shammy should find something else. this is a definite hunter set, and me and a 70 freind are going to grind this place till i get all 5 peices

Not a shammy set? To me as an enh shammy, crits are everything. I get +30% attack speed and clear casting with every crit, making AGI a must. I would roll need, and I would expect a hunter to do the same.
Actually, if you look at the full set bonuses it gives +80 attack power.
2ap = 1str so knowing that, this set really would give 40 strength. So it can go to either a hunter or a shaman. What I really dont get is the damn defense rating

Helm: Hedrum the Creeper (BRD) Chain: Gorosh the Dervish (BRD) Leggings: Ok'thor the Breaker (BRD) Greaves: Anub'Shiah (BRD) Grips: Eviscerator (BRD) I agree with earlier post about ENH Shaman needing agility. While I was leveling I tried to get Agility to keep the crits coming, but once I got to lvl 40 I rarely found good gear with alot of Agi. So, I piled on the blue gear with Str, then Agi. But, once I can get enough gear with agi, then I'm going to concentrate on crit. I can't wait until I get high enough to get gear with +crit & +AP. You need the crit to pop your talents more often (Shamanistic Focus & Unleashed Rage). Unless you want just constant dmg vs burst dmg. Add Comment
