Went to get one today......got 2 on Wednesday(looks like they did increase the drop rate) and there is a 63 elite cleric in the lower part of the tower now.....I watched him wipe 5 guys 1 after another....so I will bet even tho they bumped up the drop rate you will not be able to just farm it for gold.

How does the proc work with rogue special attacks ? Say I put crusader on a trashblade (spee 2.70), then the chance is 5.40%. However the special rogue strikes allow for a lot of extra schwings. Does crusader proc on special moves ?

It is a white glow, kickass look, not green like mentioned above ... and I'm not gonna be an ass and flame him out for it ... green glow is normally agility (im about 95% sure of that) but i know crusader is white glow.

If someone could take the time to look in your damage meter.. Provided by cosmos.. and look at times swong after you run an instance. Maybe a few hundred. Look at the times that you healed yourself and supply those numbers so people can know the % of hit it procs. I heard that it procs when you crit apprently that isn't true.
This is a random proc based on you being engaged in combat and doing dmg. Procs that activate off hits say "Chance on hit:". My stats from procwatch for a sample of over 4 hours of actual combat time is 2.1 procs per min.

Yes, Crusader does stack, as long as the offhand procs and the mainhand procs. Mainhand does not stack with mainhand and offhand does not stack with offhand, but you can have 2 holy strengths up at once.

The nerf on Crusader is, at every level past 60 (starting at 61), there is a 4%/level nerf.
Meaning at level 70 it's +60 Strength. That being said, with all the heralding about a nerf, it's great for melees just pulling up into their 45-50 range (especially warriors picking up an IBS), managed to get Crusader for 45g grand total, where before the orbs would have run me more than that.

I'm using it at level 70, it still gives 60 str (120 ap) making it better than savagery. You might argue the point that savagery is permanent whereas crusader is a proc, but it procs so much its a lot like being permanent. Especially considering how expensive Savagery is.
The heal it gives still helps, too. what should i get by (Kaldor), Score 0.00

The tower where this drops is in Western Plaguelands at location 54.23 just south of Hearthglen (nobody else listed co-ordinates and I came here looking for them so here they are for anyone doing the same as me in the future). Took me two hours and it finally dropped from a Scarlet Spellbinder.
