I wish this set just had more HYBRID stats. I focus on increasing all mystats, not just one particular area. In order for a druid to be any good, no matter what tree he chooses, he needs to bring up all his stats... not just one area. If you are restore or balance, you need strength. If you are feral, you will need intellect and spirit. Im just saddened to see that only the PvP gear has hybrid stats... And no, the PvP gear is good for all trees too, its the only set that has those hybrid stats.
I just think all the drop sets for druids cater toward Resto/Balance, but does nothing for the feral tree.... meanwhile pretty much every other classes blue set helps them no matter what their tree is. wtf by SpacemanXzan, Score 0.00

In defense of my resto brethren, I feel very confident I can beat any feral or balance druid out there. The primary thing you have to realize is that druids are endurance fighters. If you wanted dps, play a hunter. When it comes to dueling another mana-using class, it always defaults to "who has the most mana at the end wins". The dubious manawar. A feral druid, with sufficient mana tick gear will do very well against a resto druid, but having innervate every 6 minutes in an endurance fight sings victory. We have the ability to pop in and out of forms for healing, or casting (maintaining dots and hots) that a feral druid lacks. They do have the ability to pop, but a druid's versatility comes from multiple shifts during combat. Picking the right form for the moment. I've found myself bashing a target in bearform, popping out and into catform, and shredding while their stunned, as often as I would cast a slow heal or re-rooting an opponent with that same bash. Time with this class has thought me, there's no set strategy to use when it comes to druids. We don't have 2 trinket macros or traps and aimshot. Our control comes from adapting to our opponent's moves; and with any fight, the longer it goes on, the more people make mistakes.
...Back to feral vs. resto, there is hibernate though. ;p Who needs innervate when you can sleep your opponent and drink up to full mana again. It's a dirty move, and it makes a long fight longer - which knowing any druid fight, you have to be pretty desperate to risk yet another half hour of combat. ;p EDIT: /nod to one of the previous posters. A druid's burst damage comes primarily in catform. Our opening ravage, and our finishing bite. Do save your combo points. An opponent never expects to finish with 1k+ ferocious bite out from no where. Anyone know what the new bonuses will be on the wildheart set? I'm missing my chestpiece so far (I've given up trying to get it), and would like to know if it now would be worth my time to go get it.

You will go talk to a new NPC in the Kings Chambers in Ironforge. There you start a quest line to upgrade your pieces.
You do not have to have your entire set to start the quest. It is a chain quest. The 1st item requires 15 bloods + 20G + your bracers. This is the same for all class sets Tier 0. These bloods drop from the Tigers and Bears of Northern Winterspring. Comment: there is higher amount of STR,AGI and STA but for feral druid is much better PVP set combinated with some usable items from instances - either critical strike bonuses(Eye of Rend etc.),or bonuses increase STA more then Feralheart. Feralheart is more caster orientated with bonuses to DMG, to Heal and Mana regen though there is less INT (-8) and much less Spirit (-25). For healers the 4pieces bonus is not so good, because if they start to receive DMG things go wrong and chance to get some mana is nothing so special. Maybe it could be usable for balanced druids in Moonkin Form for PVP... Atleast you druids won't ever get hungry with this on because you can always just eat the free KFC on your helmet and shoulderpads, now THAT'S conveinient.

If your a feral druid the onjly reward you can get from this set is the +200 armor with 2 pieces. Even the entire feralheart set is STILL more resto/balance specc'd. your better off spending all your waking hours in AB/WSG/AV to get to Rank 10(champion) and get all the PvP superior gear, which is possibly the best(under PvP epic) set for druids.
