        when using the immunity shield u are immune to everything...that means u cant dispel the shield. if it was the way u were thinking, no one would be bitching

        First off, let me start by saying that you're wrong about the sheild. When you pop the sheild, you lose all aggro on yourself. Basically, that makes the sheild useless if you're trying to tank.  And second... Ghost Wolf is amazingly good in PvP, as you can use it in or out of combat. Great for getting away, whereas paladins can only bubble/run until it goes away and we get slowed. (It happens.)

      Try to catch one with the shield on cooldown...not that that hard since it's a 5 minutes cooldown...and he cannot sprint out

      A paladin can beat another character once every 5 minutes...not that overpowered...in truth a tad underpowered...and you can disengage once you see him use it and restart the fight thereafter, a mage can polymorph the paladin and restart the battle alltogether, now a paladin without a shield...

        Well actually it's once every minute'ish...

        You have 3 bubble spells (Divine Protection, Blessing of Protection and Divine Shield) all with 5 minute cooldowns but you get a 1 minute idle time when you can't cast another one on yoruself.  However, a Protection specc'd Pally will get a 2 minute cooldown reduction for Blessing of Protection and a 1 minute reduction for Divine Shield.  Therefore, DS ..... 1min ..... BoP ...... 1min ..... DP ..... 2min ...... DS ..... 1min .... BoP .....1min.....DP .... etc etc
        granted you will be OOM well before you get to the 3rd one but it is possible!  For group PvP this is a great thing as you can still cast spells while in all of the bubbles, you just can't melee....but 2 pallys can alternate so a 30s window is when each is healing the other and the enemy will have to swap between them causing loads of confusion :)

            Lol you sure told him. I bet he is crying right now for somthing he got wrong and you pointed out. Oh man, you should do this for a living, I bet you know everything about every class. Has blozzord hired you yet, because they should. Oh and lets not forget how few patches have happened to Warscraff since it came out, im sure everything you know about it (which let me say again, must be alot) has NEVER changed EVER.

            Oh man, you are even fast with those comebacks too its not like that post was over a year ago or anything...

      Of course mostly everyone knows this by now but... If you're a pally and are holding a WSG flag,you lose it when you use this so only use this if you especially NEED it!!!

        The pally hour cooldown is great.  their other shields suck ass.  Great for takeing a beating against a boss through.

      Spellsteal and purge can get rid of Blessing of Protection because BoP doesn't protect against spells. The other 2 bubbles make u immune to spells, so purge and spellsteal wont work. Mass Dispel can destroy any of the bubbles

      All this bunch of little children whining because of a skill in a game should get out and get a freaking life...

      post infos about spells here and ur experiences, dont start flamce wars about classes and ur "bad experiences" in pvp, cause thats what its all about.

      is there any that can cancle out this spell. cuz im a lvl 66 undead rouge and allways get pissed when a lvl 60 pally sheilds up then heal, is there any way to beat this so i can get to them...?

      A priests mass dispell can cancel any bubble. Purge and spellsteal only work on blessing of protection

          they can do anything while they are bubbled. but their attack time is increased by 100%

          Unless they're Prot. specced paly's. 2 talent points in there reduce that to 0% increased time.

      This is the starting bubble we get. (lvl 6)

      After a while we get Divine Shield, which every palla is using. No high lvl pallas (except noobs, or ppls with others on CD) use this bubble. With this shield you cannot attack at all. This only last for 8 sec, at max rank. You cant even HS out.

      Hello! There's been alot of negative talk about Paladins in this thread so i would like to point some things out. First thing, heealing. Paladins actually make great healers because if specced right, they dont lose mana very fast because if said pally has 5 points in illumination (holy tree line) their healing criticals have a 100% chance to return 60% of the spells base mana. Also with that comes Divine Favor (holy tree line) which makes their next Flash of Light, Holy Light, or Holy Shock, have a 100% chance to critically hit so there's your mana back. Another thing, Light's Grace (holy tree line) with three points in it, is going to let every Holy Light spell you cast have a 100% chance to make your next Holy Light spell have it's casting time reduced by 0.5 so that's a 2 second cast Holy Light every time. Next, tanking. In the Protection spec, pallys right off the bat get bonuses to their armor and shield. Also, paladins are GREAT at holding threat, IF they have alot of spell damage. Why should paladins have spell damage? because their seals and consecration USE spell dmg, so if said pally has alot of spell dmg, their attacks will do alot more dmg which means they generate more threat =). Lastly, dps. Paladins in the retribution line are expected to have a hard hitting 2hander so they can dish out some nice dmg. The retribution spec helps dps pallys in many ways. First their seals get bonuses like reduced mana, increased critical chance and such. Another thing is vinidcation. With all three points in vindication the target said pally is attacking has a 15% reduction to all stats i.e. stamina,int, etc.. Another thing is that retriubution pallys get reall nice bonuses to regular and holy damage in this line (or maybe it's just holy ^.-). So there you go, Paladins can be great at healing, tanking, and dps. =)  Oh shoot i should've just put this in the paladin forums...oh well, im not typing all of this all over again lol.

      I have to say this is the one spell you will use the most lvl 10-16.  Its the perfect way to escape, heal, or pass the agro on to someone else.

      It is now the protection paladin's shield wall, much better this way. You can now use it while tanking as a Oh Crap! button without loosing agro.

      This spell doesnt prevent fall damage anymore... so think of that before u jump ;)
      However, the Hand of Protection DOES prevent fall damage now... just use the right one when its needed.

      To clear this up for everyone, here are the details of these spells.

      - They are NOT on the same cooldown, but both cause forebearance, which prevents either from being cast for 2 minutes. 

      - Divine Shield makes you COMPLETELY immune to all damage and increases the time between attacks by 100%. It can only be removed with a preist spell, Mass Dispel.  Divine Shield also completely wipes your threat on all targets.

      - Divine Protection reduces all damage you take by 50% and increases time between attacks by 100%.  Can also be removed by a preists Mass Dispel.  The biggest difference here is that Divine Protection DOES NOT WIPE THREAT, so it can be used as an "oh s***" button for a paladin tank.

      - Also, in the next patch, 3.0.8, both spells will reduce all damage you cause by 50% instead of increasing the time between attacks.

        with extra emphasis on DOES NOT WIPE THREAT UNLIKE DIVINE SHIELD

        I hate seeing nub pally tanks in SM popping divine shield all diddly doo, having tons of mobs run to the healer.

        Instead, get yourself a big mob and use THIS SPELL so you can hold 100% of your threat. You give your healers a chance to regenerate mana, etc.

        Healers, please NOTICE when a tank has this on. REMEMBER its effect, so as soon as its off, your not "surprised" that he's taking damage twice as fast. Tanks, pop this early in big mob fights; once the duration is up, some of the mobs will be dead.

      A shield that protected you from all attacks and spells for 6 secs at lvl 6... in the past patches that is.

      Today it reduces all damage done to you by 50% for a small amount of time.

      I guess people used this bubble more than Hand of Protection in BG'S because it also shielded Pally's from Magic as well.

      Now all I hear are older Pally's whining about how nerfed one of their bubbles have become.

      YOU ARE ALL IDIOTS!

      Lvl 6: Bubble    Lvl 10: Bubble      Lvl 34: Devine Shield!!!

      Just go up 28 lvls to get your ''God-All Mighty'' Bubble back! I can't believe how long the war over Pally's has lasted. People: If you expect a class that can't die no-matter what... THEN GET THE HELL OFF OF WOW.

      A player playing a Pally and thinks the class is crap.. ROLL A BLOODY SHAMAN INSTEAD!
