Hey my friend, based on your post I'm sure you never played this game before TBC (The Burning Crusade) and before you post things that you don't know, do a better search and get yourself informed.
I see that you placed your post 1.1 years ago. Wich was after TBC referring to some1's post made 2 years ago, and that shows you know nothing about WOW before TBC :)
Back in the old days the epic land mount was harder to get than epic flyer skill and mount now days. We didn't have dailies quests and quests didn't pay extra gold after completting at max level (wich was 60 and not 70).
After TBC the price and the "system" to ride an epic land mount was changed to make easier for newcomers, and the samething might happen to epic flyer mount once the new extention comes!

Now I have a question:
First we had land mount and then... flying mount
What could be the next mount?
or perhaps won't be any others

i dont think u can sell them, i donno but u might have to delete it...but do take my advice im just a noob!

the mounts the easy part, the skill is a tad harder, u will get the money just by doing quests as u lvl but a friend of mine said that u can make good money fishing, my fishing is 2 so im not sure how good money fishing is

I think the Pink one is the Mistsaber, The white one with the green stones on the side is the Frostsaber, and The Blueish one with the blue stones on the side and the goldish saddle is the Stormsaber.

Sorry if I don't cover everything, but I'm taking all this from memory so, don't be too bugged if I mess up a little >.<

Okay so to start:

Mounts are available to everyone! Now this is where people start to judge...

I don't know what they did but Blizzard changed the cost on the mounts so I'm going to post the current ones after The Burning Legion, or known as The First WoW :P

Level 30 mounts now.

Level 30 Mounts have the Apprentice riding skill which is 75.
They have 60% speed increase.
They cost 10g each per mount.
Riding skill costs 35g now..not 100g.

Level 60 mounts have the Journeyman riding skill which is 150.
They have a 100% speed increase.
They cost 100g each per mount.
Riding skill costs 600g.

My character's name is Irras and she is a level 27 shadow priest ready to get her Striped Frostsaber at level 30! :) I'm also getting the Swift Frostsaber at level 60 it's just too cute:P

If you get around 16,000+ reputation when you are revered (i.e. 16,000/21,000) then if you do all of the quests in Teldrassil you should be exalted when you are complete. I personally have acquired exalted status with Darnassus in order to achieve a Swift Frostsaber. I am a gnome.
