Hes in the building in the camp, around 59, 58.  Upstairs in the back.  There is a silver rare spawn who drops a shite leather belt sometimes.

This is one of hardest newbie mobs for Horde, especially if you're a casting class, because he got a Marine add, that means TWO shield Bashes. He killed me sometimes when I was a mage.

Remember the Valley of Trials quest which rewards a Healing Potion? Save it for this guy.
