Non of the other horde members are evil really except that trolls used to be cannibals and send there young children to survive on their own for a month.

The orcs are not bad either except they destroyed their own homeworld and almost destroyed Azeroth too if not they were so greedy that they turned on each other.

Or the undeads who are sending a plague to wipe out the remaining population of the brave humans who decided to stay in Lordaeron.

But the blood elves are not bad, except that they think they have the right to treat less sophisticated races as they want and use them for experiments alltough they themself almost got exterminated.

Kinda like the jews IRL during the second world war who were killed on a schedule. After the war was ended the rest of the world was so sorry for them that they got their own country then they treated the native population who had lived there for a couple of thousand years just as bad as the nazis has treated them.
