    I'm currently Friendly with The Scryers, but I cannot get the quest from her yet.  By the way, she's the Bloodelf by the elemental bandage guy from the Constortium in Lower City.  Also near the Skettis, Rilak the Redeemed.

      This quest is for getting to Friendly w/ Scryers.  After that point you move up to turning in Firewing Signets after that.

        This quest will only raise you to Neutral. Once you are Neutral, you can turn in the signets, armaments, and do other quests too.
