2 rogues, me 63 and another 62 just killed him, he's stunlockable, just make sure you gouge/kidney shot when he starts to cast his whirlwind or whatever and it's pretty easy, if you get knocked back into the mobs, just vanish and run back to him
good luck, he's not that hard (for those of u that dont have coords, if you follow the path of glory all the way west and go through the little gated thing he's to the left)
