Where does this quest line begin?

Go to legion hold in shadowmoon and kill oversear saw or something like that, its the only one named that anyway, hes at about 25 36, just /TAR O and you'll see him.

Then you hand in the shard and have to go back and kill the 2 elites at legion hold, i solo'd this but im warlock so i just COD banished, then it leads to this quest.

Overseer Ripsaw drops the quest easy to solo as long u make sure there are no nearby adds.

And the 2 demons that drops the weapons did as 70 mage and 69x2 huner and rogue pretty easy with that team.

You Kind of have to go around the south of Firewing Point a little til you hit the stream and go all the way to the end of the stream and go over the rocks. He should be down there, the Coords are 77,39
