Start out by talking to your Druid Trainer in Thunder Bluff on the Elder Rise. He'll direct you to go to the Moonglade. Teleport there and talk to the same man you talked to for Bear Form. He will tell you to swim around in the lake (Elunara or something) and find a box with a Shiny Bauble (or something). It'll be at the bottom of the lake, but the exact position changes each time I believe. It was in a different place for my Tauren and NE. Take the Bauble to the Shrine of Remulos and use it. Then speak with the lady with the yellow ? next to the shrine. Now starts the real quest.
First, take a Wyvern to Thunder Bluff. Then, you can hopefully take another Wyvern to the Crossroads, if not, you'll have to hoof it (pun intended). Once there, head north a lot and east a little. This wasn't an area I explored, but it's called the "Sledge Fens" or something like that. You'll need to dive into the lake there and the box is somewhere on the bottom. There are a lot of little annoying dudes there, so be careful. Some of the hunter types hide in bushes. Kill them all to be safe ;) After you've found the box, head to Orgrimar.
Once near Orgrimar, don't go in, but head to the Zepplin to the UnderCity. When you get there, head to the coast of Silverpine Forest. If you followed the road, when you get to the coast you'll see a ship. It's pretty much the only ship on the coast. Oddly enough (and quite handy) all you need to do is swim straight West of the ship and a couple levels down the shelf will be yet another Bubbly Fissure and the chest for the Endurance Pendant.
Teleport back to the Moonglade, high tail it over to the Shrine, stand right next to the tree and use the part that has "Use:..." in its description. Then talk with the questgiver in Moonglade, and he'll tell you to go back to the original quest giver, and poof! You can now travel through water at an efficient speed!
