Now THAT would be awesome. I have to ask though, are you just coming up with that, or does the 4 peice bonus actually stack? I'm inclined to say it doesn't only because Blizz usually throws in a tooltip saying "this effect will stack upto x times", which is obviously not present on this.

If you do a little math though, like an above poster had brought up, the Voidheart bonus adds the equivalent of 12% damage bonus, and thats a constant passive, not a proc based on a DD spell. But, considering this is Teir 5, thus... supposed to be better than their 4... I don't know why Blizz would make a relatively similar set bonus that much weaker on the higher armor set. You can also get more out of Incinerate with teir 4 because of that also.

So, if that was a rumor, good imagination, maybe someone should talk to Blizz. If it actually is the effect though, could someone confirm? I don't think I'll be seeing Black Temple anytime soon. >.<
