    The key is to decide to change early
    I am doing this now becase I picked Aldor when I should have piced Scryer. I only got about 400 into Hated before I figured out I was the wrong facton.

    You get 250 Scryer and -750 Aldor rep for each 8 eyes you turn in.

    Hated -> Hostile: 36000 - as many as it takes to get to Hostile.
    Hostile-> Unfriendly: 3000 - 96 eyes
    Unfriendly -> Neutral: 3000 - 96 eyes
    Neutral - Your good! now you can join the Scryer.
    There are a lot of quests for faction in Area 52 and Shadowmoon Valley to build your rep with Scryer or Aldor.

      If you reached the depth of hatred with Scryers, then you need to regain 42000 rep with them, which requires 1344 basilisk eyes (less for humans)...

      At a current drop rate about 20-22%, you'll need to kill over 6000 basilisks, or spend about 50 hours for grinding. On the good side, you might as well get few epics during that time
