i think he means you don't use pets actively like i always keep my imp on passive so he doesn't get raped by an aoe spell and therefor you will never need to heal him because he'll never take damage and you usually only have another pet out for the rare specific boss like the elemental boss in mc which i hear now you can't even banish them so that would be pointless anyways
