    you can totally still disenchant however i believe u stop gaining enchanting levels after you reach 70.

    you can still disenchant tho, im 209 enchanting and i still make my owns dusts thru D/Es

      I'm at lev el 51 enchanting and I am DE level 21 - 30 stuff, yet I am not gaining any skills level.  Any ideas?

        You can't skill up enchanting using disenchant beyond about skill level 50, and certainly no higher than 75, regardless what level the item you're disenchanting is.
