ok this stupid quest took me 2 hours cause i could figure out where the where..here r the coords


Silverforest: The Coords are: 29,29

for silverpine i only agroued running there, but i kept putting rejuv on me and just kepy running..not to hard to find..u just got to look

and

the barrens coords are 56,8

for the barrens one its near the ramp in the water..took me a min to realize, i ran into the water killed myslft, ran back to my body, crap the box, and hearthed the hell otu of there
