Ok, I did this Alliance side.
You get the quest, go to the guy right next to him, and talk to him. He won't have any question marks or anything, but he'll send you on your way.
Once you are in the air, you'll see big green crystal things with big demon guardians around it, drop it on those. (easiest if you put in on your toolbar before you start the quest.t)
If you don't get a direct hit you'll loop around and get another chance. (took me 2 shots on the first one) There is a cooldown on the bombs but don't stress about it, it'll be ok.
Bomb them both, then report back to the quest giver and you're done!
