Just started my little Fishing Tour beginning with the two easy Lakes (where not even one highland school was up) and then getting to the really annoying one near skettis, flew into the first school -> two chatches - two Mr. Pinchy! - guess I spent my luck  for months ;)
Will save the wishes for next raid - though I can´t wait to try and toss out a cute little pet^^

Btw - Fishing Skill was 375 using +100 bait and +20 fishing pole from shattrath quest for a total of 495
I guess the minimum requirement for the lakes will also suffice to chatch him
