    Blizzard designs their instances to use each character mostly for its intended purpose, Warriors were always intended to take the damage, not deal it out. Yes, paladins and druids can be pretty good tanks, and they were meant to be so, they are what are called Jack-of-all-trades.

        Well, stop passing..  (unless you CAN'T take it)

        in 2.1 it drops the "warrior only" identifier.

        I'm just hoping that if and when it drops for my guild that they won't have a problem with me rolling on it (assuming no tank warriors are around that need, but I think they all have already anyway).

      Warriors can also dish out a lot of damage, our top DPSer is a dual wield fury warrior, he makes rogues and even mages look bad.  Any class can be utilised to do what the player wants - within reason of course, we're not gonna seen any mage tanks of course but those classes that are more versatile will perform whatever role their player wants
