Compare this belt with an easily acquired (15 gold off the AH) level 69 BoE blue belt - Girdle of Gale Force.
Girdle of Gale Force
60 AP (69 AP if you have Careful Aim)
0.8% crit
20 Int
6 Mp5
Belt of the Tracker
30 AP (36 AP if you have Careful Aim)
0% crit
15 Int
15 Mp5
You're exchanging 33 AP, 0.8% Crit, and 5 Int for a crappy 9 Mp5.
Sure, you can stock up on Mp5 to the point where you have a full mana bar at the end of a boss fight and in turn do less DPS than your healers. REAL smart.
I suppose there may be an occasional hunter who has absolutely no Mp5 on his gear and thus values it much more than the norm. Yet, that hunter, already low on Mp5, will probably benefit more from leaving on AotV or FD/Drink.
This belt is a complete piece of crap for it's level, drop origin and purple designation.
